Bienal Qorpo-Santo is a biennial project that takes place in Triunfo, Brazil, and aims at creating new work fronts, as well as increasing investments in brazilian contemporary dramaturgy. The project combines art, education and culture and brings people and culture closer.

Qorpo-Santo is known to have written the very first absurdist theatre plays, long time before the term theater of the absurd was coined. He went under judicial interdiction in 1861, because he was allegedly "writing down everything".
As a matter of fact, just in may 1866 he had written 8 plays. He looked for the best mental doctors in Brazil at that time and got a document assuring he was sane, but the judges never took him out of the interdiction.
